We specialise in private celebrations (birthdays, anniversaries, engagements), weddings and receptions, corporate events (conferences, gala dinners, product launches), and brand activations. If you need an event to feel elevated, controlled, and professionally executed, GalaPro can manage it.
For large events (100+ guests, venue transformations, or corporate productions), we recommend reaching out at least 8–12 weeks in advance. For smaller private celebrations, 4–6 weeks is usually sufficient. However, we handle urgent timelines regularly, reach out and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.
Yes. We have relationships with venues across Dubai, hotel ballrooms, private villas, rooftop terraces, beachfronts, and private estates. We'll shortlist venues that match your guest count, aesthetic, and logistics, and manage all venue communication on your behalf.
Our full-service package covers creative direction, concept development, venue coordination, supplier management (florals, catering, lighting, entertainment, photography), styling and décor, logistics and scheduling, and on-site coordination from setup to teardown. Essentially, everything from the brief to the final guest leaving.
Yes. We work across a range of budgets and are transparent about what each budget level can achieve. Our job is to maximise impact within your constraints, not to upsell. We'll tell you exactly what's feasible and help you prioritise what matters most for your event.
We provide full creative direction and manage all styling, including florals, backdrops, table settings, furniture, lighting design, and venue dressing. We work with a curated roster of floral and styling suppliers in Dubai and handle every aspect of the visual experience.
Our primary base is Dubai, but we regularly produce events across the UAE, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, and can travel for destination events in the GCC region. Reach out with your location and we'll confirm availability.
