How we work, what we offer and how to get started.
Ask us on WhatsAppWhat does Gala Pro offer?
Complete event solutions: event design, custom fabrication, styling, technical production, rentals, catering and entertainment, delivered through our team and a wide network of specialised partners. You can book a full event or individual services.
Can I book a single service?
Yes. Rentals, catering, entertainment, staging and lighting, custom fabrication and staffing are all available individually.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes. We support event and marketing agencies, corporate clients and production companies with white-label production, fabrication, rentals and on-site support. See our B2B page.
How early should I contact you?
For large events and custom fabrication, 6 to 12 weeks is ideal. For smaller events and rentals, 2 to 4 weeks is usually enough. We also handle urgent timelines, so just ask.
Do you work outside Dubai?
We are based in Dubai and coordinate projects across the UAE and beyond through our partners.
How is pricing calculated?
There are no fixed prices: every project is quoted according to its concept, scale and requirements. Share your brief and we will send a tailored proposal.
